The Kichler 310127TZP Aldrin 52-Inch Ceiling Fan updates the traditional styling with smoother lines and an integrated light kit. The 310127TZP can be used to complement any outdoor living space as the focal point, or placed above your indoor dining room table, instead of the traditional chandelier, for the bright light as well as the added benefits of air movement. The 310127TZP measures with a 52-Inch blade sweep and a 14 Degree blade pitch. This fan uses only 66-watt of electricity on high speed, pushes 5556-cubic feet per minute, and 84-cubic feet per minute per-watt. This is sold one per package and comes complete with five coordinating blades, a 4-Inch downrod, an integrated downlight (two 60-watt E12 base T3 krypton bulbs included), and the CoolTouch Control System to operate all the fan functions for ease of operation if higher ceilings are an issue, or if you just desire the convenience. Height of this ceiling fan is adjustable using shorter or longer downrods which can be bought separately. This fan is low ceiling adaptable x using the low ceiling adapter (337008TZP) which can be purchased separately. In any installation, the tips of the blades must be at least 18-Inch from the wall in order to provide sufficient clearance for the blades; and for safety reasons, the fan blades must be a minimum of 7-feet above the floor. This fixture is UL listed for a hardwire connection in a wet location. Most of the Kichler Decor ceiling fans includes a CoolTouch Control System and coordinating lighting.
